The site presents Consilo's customer operations services and the applications developed by Consilo Labs, and lets you contact us. The information published is general in nature and is not a binding offer. Any engagement is agreed in a separate contract.

Some figures, charts and dashboards on the site are labelled “Illustrative data”. They are for demonstration only and do not represent actual results of Consilo or its clients.

The applications shown (Dailer, ConsiQ, ActivWork, FamSync) are displayed with their current stage — in development, internal use, testing or coming soon. The features described may evolve or change.

The content of the site — text, graphics, logos, product names, design and code — belongs to Consilo Web SRL or is used with the permission of its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent. Quoting short excerpts with attribution is permitted.

You agree to submit accurate information through the forms and not to send unlawful or offensive content, unsolicited messages, or other people's personal data without their consent. We may decline to act on messages that break these rules. How we process the data you send is described in the Privacy policy.

You may not use the site in a way that could affect its operation, security or availability, including unauthorised access, attempts to bypass security measures, or automated bulk extraction of content.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, Consilo Web SRL is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or from reliance on the information published.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control their content or practices and are not responsible for them.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably where possible and otherwise by the competent courts at the registered office of Consilo Web SRL, without prejudice to the rights consumers have under the law.

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
