We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication skills in English.
-
Possesses strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.
-
Demonstrates advanced troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
-
Is customer-oriented, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.
-
Has previous experience in a help desk or customer support role (not mandatory but considered an advantage).
-
Prior experience specifically in customer support is a plus.
-
Is available to work 24/7 shifts (for English shifts only).
Role focus:
-
65% of the role will be dedicated to phone support.
-
25% of the role will involve handling email inquiries.
-
10% of the role will consist of assisting customers via chat.
As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Providing first-level support and delivering clear solutions to customer issues.
-
Escalating unresolved cases to higher-level support when necessary.
-
Tracking, routing, and redirecting issues to the right resources.
-
Updating customer data and preparing activity reports.
-
Guiding customers step-by-step through problem-solving processes.

We are looking for someone who:
